Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us at FireCloud Cycles. That is why, on the chance you ordered the wrong product, we will happily exchange the product for the correct item charging or refunding the difference where appropriate. We can issue a full refund or replacement if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. (Please note: Where applicable, P&P charges are non-refundable) All returned items must include customer name and address and reason for return – otherwise we are unable to process the return.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, it will be replaced or refunded promptly and efficiently. Please contact us before you decide to return it, as some problems can be resolved without the need to return the item. If items are damaged and you wish to return them then please contact us first to confirm refund cost of returning postage otherwise we cannot refund this cost as well if this is not agreed first.
All goods must be returned unused, in a fully resalable condition, with any tags and original packaging intact. Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item to us and we cannot refund return postage costs.
